Q. Where can we go to look at some albums or meet you to talk more about what you can offer?
A. Our studio is situated at The Photo Wizards, Crystal Peaks Shopping Centre, Sheffield and is open 7 days a week.

Q. Do you have albums to show us at your studio?
A. We can show you a good range of styles and designs that we currently do - everything from the largest story book design through to the smallest parents album.
Q. When do you require payment?
A. We ask for a 20 % deposit when you book, and the balance a month before the wedding.
Q. Is there a discount for Weddings Monday – Thursday?
A. Yes, we offer a 20% discount on any weekday wedding including Thursday, however bank holidays do not qualify.
Q. Can you also shoot an Engagement Portrait of us?
A. We can shoot this at our studio at Crystal Peaks - if you ask us to! We do this for free with packages 3 & 4, for the other packages the cost is £35. We recommended this pre-Wedding shoot if you’re nervous about having your picture taken.
Q. I would like a disk instead of an album, what are my options?
A. You can choose to have the full set of photos on a disc instead of an album at an hourly rate of £350 for the first hour and £180 per hour/£100 per half hour afterwards.
Q. How soon after the wedding will I get to see my photos?
A. All the photos will be password protected on-line two weeks after your wedding, enough time for you to enjoy your honeymoon! When you choose which photos you would like for your album we got into the design studio in which we take upto two weeks for the design to be approved at which point we'll email you the design online. Once you say the album looks good we go into production which normally takes two to six weeks depending on the time of year. If you would like the album to have any small changes we will do it straight away, if it's a large amount of change needed we take upto two weeks. The albums we design are usually correct and loved the moment you see them!
Q. What if the weather is bad on your wedding day?
A. We always check the weather before every wedding and if it needs umberella we make sure we can use them. If it is bad weather don't let it ruin your day - we always get great shots and umberellas look really good if you use them well!
Q. What if I need to change the dates?
A. We can always cover the new date, just let us and we'll sort it out. We won't charge for the date change either.
Q. We've split up and want to get out of the contract...
A. If this is the case we'll give the person who paid for the deposit a letter so say we will use this deposit for anything else that you might need us to do such as new partner, Christmas presents, etc. We won't however return the deposit. If the payment is made in full before three weeks before the wedding we will pay the full amount less the 20% deposit. If it's after three weeks we won't pay you anything.
Q. I see you’re based in Sheffield, do you photograph weddings outside the Sheffield area?
A. Yes, we can travel to any location around the world. We charge travel costs for any significant distance from South Yorkshire or Derbyshire - let us know and we'll tell you how much.
Q. You have a few photographers working with you, why is that?
A. With our great team of photographers we can usually insure that we are available on your day. We all work to a very similar style and with Anthony Naylors expert design skills means that the finished product is unique and one of a kind.
Q: Are you insured?
A: We have full comprehensive photographers insurance and are part of The British Institute of Professional Photographers.
